Ex-Tata(Engineer MBA)- 40+ yrs in Industry/Education/Training. Certified in NLP.

I have spent around eight years working to make students from engineering colleges employable through empowerment in different technologies (as per corporate requirements), with a fair amount of success.

About Arvind Rao

It's about three years since I left working with colleges because I was no longer eligible to work as a senior citizen on age grounds - as I was informed.

However, in the course of the last three years I have not noticed much improvement in the employment of freshers, particularly from engineering colleges and the employment scenario in the country for freshers as well as for experienced candidates is not very rosy - (rather bleak).

The restrictions imposed by the US and the automation trend in IT industry to cut costs has also cut many jobs. Job creation is not happening in the country at the rate it should be happening. Many students are unemployed and quite desperate to get jobs.

So in this scenario I thought that if I could help at least some students who are freshers as well as some experienced candidates to make a career, would be doing some good service to them and their families.

Unemployed engineering graduates: BE/B(tech)/ M.Tech and MBA graduates (who are freshers and within 31 years) who would like to explore some exciting employment opportunities may contact me

I would be happy to interact with them understand them and help them to the extent possible - (if they are eligible by meeting certain other parameters).

I will also be happy to assist some experienced candidates who are 45 years and below (with engineering or management background) and at least 5 years work experience in their core domain - subject to their eligibility on other parameters.
